1913-February 13: Greenameyer & Chadwich Homes on CentralOne of the handwritten Reaves Collection articles. Article mentions the architect J.F. Gause's plans for a number of dwellings at Sunset Park. Also mentions the "handsome residence" of Mr. C.E. Greenameyer, president of Fidelity Trust & Development (could be Central 417 since he owned lots 30, 31 of block 1 that early in 1913). There's also mention of D.N. Chadwick's, the Secretary & Treasurer, handsome home (Central 416) which also dates back to 1913.
